Yoga for Stress Reduction with Jenni Jivani DeSio
This is a special yoga class combining Restorative Yoga & Somatic Yoga approaches. Good for the body; good for the mind; and a lot of fun. The classes are not at stressful, just the opposite. They are designed to help you release the stress that engages both the body and the mind, and to set healthy patterns to help you function throughout life without becoming overwhelmed by stress. Restorative Yoga uses some props to create very comfortable postures in which you settle and release while stimulating and soothing the organs as well as the mind. Somatic Yoga uses special breathing and movement to break free of negative patterns and restructure both body and mind.
