A mandala is an Eastern circular design used for meditation and self awareness. Anavadya with give expert guidance to create your own mandala free-hand, using a simple process which anyone can do, with or without art experience. This is a great practice for focusing the mind to relieve stress and be fully present. The stronger the focus, the more your inner peace is experienced.
Virtual participants will be given a list of supplies to have ready for the workshop.
